How do you deal a stitching slump? I
haven’t had a stitching slump in a long time. In the past, I dealt with them by completely changing venues. I’d stitch for a year or three, to the exclusion of all else, then knit or crochet until I got bored with one of those, and move on. Sort of a huge rotation among the different crafts that I enjoy. Since I started cross-stitching on a rotation, when I get bored with a design I simply switch to a different one. I also have my upstairs knitting project on the go all the time, so no slumps here, and lots of different kinds of things get done. It’s really quite fun.
