- What kind of storm is the most scary to you? I like storms.
- In your opinion, what is the perfect outdoor temperature? If I’m busy doing things, I love it when it’s in the mid 50s to low 60s. If I’m just hanging out, not doing anything, it can be as warm as the low 70s, and I’ll still be happy.
- Would you rather experience thunderstorms or snow storms? I’ve never lived in an area that got snow storms, so I’ll have to say thunderstorms. I love thunderstorms.
- Share a weather-related experience with us… Feel free to include pictures! I don’t have any weather pictures to show… But I just loved it when we were down in the South Pacific and got hit with sudden squalls. We were on a dive yacht that was about 100 or 120 feet long (wish I remembered for sure!). The squalls usually hit just before or just after sundown. We were usually eating, naturally. LOL We ate on the top deck of the yacht, sides open to the elements, but under an awning. The sides were equipped with rain shields that we quickly learned how to roll down and attach. We’d be tossed about, listening to the downpour and the wind, for about 10 minutes or so. Then the rain would quit almost as suddenly as it had begun. Within about 15 minutes everything that had gotten wet was usually completely dry again. You’d never know how violent the rain had just been… It was awesome.

You’re braver than I am! Sounds a bit scarey… Lucky you, for not having to experience snowstorms. Have a great week and thank you for playing Monday Madness, Laura! =) ~otto
