Another week of potpourri.

1. Do you own a dishwasher (and if not, do you even want one), or do you have to do your dishes by hand? Yes, definitely have a dishwasher. But, we have a lot of things that don’t go in it for one reason or another, so I lot of hand washing is done around here anyway.
2. Do you put your dishes away immediately after washing them? Nope. They have to have time to dry first. They sit in the rack until that’s done, then eventually they get put away.
3. In the warm weather, do you like hanging your laundry out on the clothesline to dry, or do you prefer a dryer? I would like to hang some of my laundry out on a clothesline to dry, but we live under a landing flight-path for a major airport, and if I put wet laundry outside, I’d just have to wash it again before I put it away.
4. How many loads of laundry are done in your household each week? It’s only the two of us, so laundry isn’t done on a weekly basis. I probably do between four and six loads of laundry every month.
5. Do you own a pet? If so, do you buy them presents for holidays? Do you consider your pet(s) spoiled? If you don’t own one, do you think you will one day? Yup. Have a cat. She’s adorable. No, I don’t normally buy her Christmas presents, but her grandmother and her aunt and uncle often do, so she gets new stuff then anyway. Dave was informed when we met that I always have a cat. He’s still adapting.
6. It’s Friday evening and you’re planning your weekend. What’s on your agenda? Who knows! We usually go to the grocery store on Sunday, but even that’s not carved in stone. Unless we have a party to go to, our plans are usually, um, quite flexible.
