Take a minute to reflect on your blog reading habits and preferences. What do you prefer to read in stitching blogs (progress, tips, family life, experiences, etc.)? How much do you think you are influenced by other stitching bloggers?

I blog mostly about stitching and knitting, and have to admit to mostly being drawn to that type of post. I avoid the posts about kids. I’m sure I’d be more interested in them if I had kids, but I don’t. Shrug. I enjoy the occasional post about books and reading them, travel, cooking, general family stuff, events… But, stitching and knitting posts, discovering new patterns, designers, and techniques draw me the most. I’m definitely easily influenced by what other bloggers are making, hence my latest sock craze, the knitting of my Kiri shawl, my obsession with felted knit purses, an intense desire to stitch a HAED, etc.
