I can’t believe it. How unfair is that? I never get sick right after being sick. Never. Well. I guess not never any more. Gads. Nose is running again. My right sinus hurts so much I can hardly think, and it’s making my eyes water. My throat’s sore. I have a low-grade fever (alternating between being hot and cold), and I’m achy. And it’s that time of the month. Argh! The good (?) news is that I’m hardly coughing at all.

I think I’d rather have a little cough than to go through all this again so soon.

Plus, I have to somehow not be contagious by Friday as we have an annual New Year’s Eve Eve party to go to. And the host’s wife is newly on the nest. I certainly don’t want to get her sick. And I doubt dear Dave will want to go if I’m too sick. He never does. Maaaannnn.
