Saturday’s GTG February 20, 2006
Quite a group of us
showed up at Terri’s house on Saturday. I loved seeing the few people I already knew, and meeting everyone else. Everyone’s projects were amazing. Just gorgeous. There were, what? twelve of us there, not counting the kids? Yes, Terri’s living room was crammed full of us and our projects. We spent a fair amount of time passing projects around, holding them up for others to get
a good look at, or digging through our stuff. We also had a wonderful dinner. Terri made both lasagne and spaghetti, as well as a delightful tomato, basil, and cheese salad, and Sue made some truly sinful garlic bread. Then, later,
there was the tiramasu and the layer cake for dessert. I was there as Sue’s guest. Sue even swung by my house to pick me up so we could drive down together. You’re such a sweetie! Thank you, Sue.
I think Darla hit the nail on the head when she posted a comment the other day. Yes, there was much rejoicing. I hope we can all manage to make this a regular thing. It would be marvelous.

Oh, I’m jealous! Anna is trying to do a get-together of southeastern Pennsylvania stitchers, but it probably won’t happen until spring. I really hope that it works out, though!
I’m glad that you had such a wonderful time!

Laura dear… you’re supposed to take pictures of the stitching.
Ack! LOL
Wasn’t it a blast?!
