A little of that

A tiny Cobalt vasebit more yellow, some of the silk flowers in another cobalt vase.

Yup. I changed my Yahoo avatar. I’d really, really rather be on a deserted tropical beach with my dearest Dave right now. Sigh. Sounds lovely, doesn’t it? I sure think so.

Angela, when counting stitches for Winding the Skeins it’s pretty easy. Since the chart is marked by groups of 10 x 10 stitches, I just look at the chart and see what I’ve done, then mentally “move” stitches around to fill in gaps to make even blocks. Does that make sense at all? It’s a lot easier with this type of pattern with the whole background being stitched, than to count stitches for projects where the background is not included.

Yes, Emma. I love orange tabbies. They’re wonderful, friendly, outgoing fur-friends.

Thanks! This pattern I am doing right now I am jumping all over and couldn’t tell you to save my life! But I have been seeing others counting their averages as well (per hour and such). I am afraid if I start doing that I’ll really disappoint myself and get frustrated= slow stitcher.
