Fiber Dreams

I still want to make one something fierce. I’m no closer to choosing a pattern than I was two months ago. Sigh. My current favorite Fassett patterns are the Large Steps and Stone Patch from Glorious Knits, AND patterns 16, 161, 172, 173, or 178 in his Pattern Library. Uh, no. I can’t say I’ve really narrowed it down at all. It seems that every time I discard one pattern from the list, two more rear their becoming heads.

And this is still the extent of my Rowan yarn collection. If you’re thinking it’s a little slim, you’re right, especially if you consider that all the tweedy colors were in a small kit I got from Rowan one year, and that it’s highly unlikely the orange or bright green will make it into anything I ever knit. Ever.

Swatchy, your Fassett sleeve and your Starmore swatch are both inspiring. Gorgeous.
