Another newsletter September 30, 2006
I got a newsletter 
from KnitPicks yesterday evening. One of the two books featured is a new one from knitwear designer Louisa Harding called Modern Classics. The thing I find interesting here, especially relating to my last post yesterday, is that in Louisa’s new book there’s a pattern for a sweater 
with a single cable up the front. But this one looks wonderful and, unlike the “fitted” sweater from Tahki, actually hugs the model’s body. Much better. If I could wear turtlenecks, I’d be sorely tempted to actually make this sweater.
