these are cool. Knit felted knitting needle and crochet hook cases with clever ways of 
holding the hooks and needles in place. I like these. They used alpaca for them, which obviously would be nice and soft, but seems a waste of such a lovely fiber to me. I’d rather wear it, and make the needle cases out of some good, old-fashioned, work-house wool.
Blue Moon
Blue Moon Fiber Arts will be at Stitches East this year. They’ll be taking reservations for the 2007 Rockin’ Sock Club, and have a photo in their newsletter of some lovely holiday sock yarn. Yum.
While I was on Knitter’s web site getting the link for Stitches East, I signed up for their newsletter. I can always read more about knitting!

I am in love with those needle cases! I wonder if that’s too ambitious to be my first cable project? I have some SWS lying around that would make an awesome felted case. Hmm….

I’m going to do the crochet hook case! I have an assortment of steel hooks that are in a Ziploc bag and this will be perfect for them. I need to go see Judy and get some wool…
