Blog name, again January 31, 2007
Nope. Not changing the name again. I’m pretty happy with the new one. I was poking around the Internet a few weeks ago, and discovered that the fiberdreams.com domain was unclaimed. So I bought it. I told Dave, and he added the info to the server. It took me a while, but I finally figured out how to get the Internet at large to point to the right page, but it looks like I finally did.
Now you can go to either blog.fiberdreams.com to get here, or continue using the old address, blog.laurasbooks.com. They both work.
Bloglines seems to be continuing to catch the updates through the old address, which is good. So far Bloglines hasn’t properly recognized the new URL, but I’m hoping it will. Not that it really matters, since the old URL still works. But I like things to be nice and tidy.
I have plans for the www.fiberdreams.com address. It’ll go to a different page. I’ll let you know when something comes of it.

My domain name is taken for “Guilty Pleasures”, so I’d have to change my blog name. Oh well, for now blogger works.
