Wrap & bag March 26, 2007
I know how picture hungry people always are—me included—so I took some pictures of the Melon shawl this 
morning. It’s sort of hard to tell, but I have one end laying on top of the other, showing the end in sight.
I had a helper.
Ricki is a funny kitty. When we first got her we thought that maybe there was something wrong with one of her paws, she’d sit there holding it up for ages. We realized, finally, that it is personality peculiarity when we would see her later in the day with the opposite paw up in the air. She’ll sit that way for five or ten minutes at a go, with only one foreleg on the floor. Silly kitty.

Progress on the knitting bag continues.
Increases are done, now just straight knitting until I reach the bottom of the bag. Hopefully the yarn will hold out, so I get the size bag I want. Fingers crossed.
I have a close-up of the colors here. I love the subtle shading of this yarn.

Ricki is simply being elegant. If she could hold a teacup she would undoubtedly hold her pinky out crooked.
