Stepsisters is done

In some ways it seems like forever since I started stitching this, in other ways I can’t believe I’m done already. Without further ado, here she is:

Stepsisters 2007-05-10

  • Pattern: Stepsisters by The Silver Lining
  • Stitch count: 242 x 113
  • Finished size: approximately 15 x 7
  • Fabric: 32-count lambswool jobelan, 2 over 2
  • Time: started July 23, 2006, finished May 10, 2007
  • Notes: As usual, I loved stitching this. This is only the second Silver Lining design that I’ve stitched so far, but it’s stunning. The colors, the shapes and textures, the attention to detail, the fact that there are no fractional stitches—all of it combines for the ultimate stitching pleasure. Thank you Marc Saastad!
