No-frills blocking wires

My fabulously wonderful husband knew how much I’d been pining for a set of blocking wires to call my very own. After doing a little searching online, he figured that he could put together a perfectly passable set of stiff stainless rods for not too much money. Then he went a step further, and found a beautiful clear plastic tube to store them in. He gave me this wonderful no-frills set for my birthday last week.

Then we got to talking.

The result? We have our own no-frills set of blocking wires for sale!

Blocking wires

What you get is a baker’s dozen (13) stainless steel, 36-inch rods, and a lovely clear tube to store them in. That’s it. No frills. No flexible wires. No instructions. No yardstick. Just the wires and the storage tube. Oh, and if you want, I’ll send along some T-pins, too, but they don’t fit in the tube.

How nice of Dave to make you those. My DH is very resorceful too, he makes all kinds of stuff except I made a small scarf and was blocking it. I told my Dave if I ever made a shawl or stole I would need blocking wires.
