24 rows and counting July 24, 2008
I’ve been knitting furiously on the red shawl for Karen. I only have 24 more rows to knit before I bind off, and get to block the finished shawl. We’ll see how far I get today. It’s possible this thing will be blocking by the weekend. Woot! I’ve been having such fun knitting this that I haven’t picked up Algernon since Monday evening.
Though there are plenty more things that my dearest needs to do to my new web site, I think there’s only one more thing that really should be done before we go live. I’d do it myself, but it’s one of those things… I’ve looked everywhere I can think of, and some other places besides, and cannot for the life of me figure out where this one bit is stored. Gak. Frustrating. If I could find it, I could fix it myself. It’ll be an easy fix. I just know it. Blurk.
Head over to Cherry Tree Hill’s blog, and vote for your favorite yarn color and name.
I’ve collected a couple of things for you to watch. How to sing puppies to sleep and Simon’s Cat: TV Dinner. Both are hysterical. And very cute.

Poor neglected Algernon. Is this because you’re trying to finish the shawl before Kathryn does? lol.

Lol!! I’m only just beginning!! And my beads will run out early next week, although I’ve ordered more.

This shawl is going to be so gorgeous when it’s done. I know she’ll just be tickled pink with it!
