Jury duty October 21, 2008
I have a big, fat jury summons here with my name on it, and no option to call in to find that my lot number has been dismissed. I thought I didn’t have to go until Wednesday. Sure glad that I picked the thing up to look at it last night, as it says that today is the day, not tomorrow. This is about all you’ll get from me until my duty is done. Hopefully it won’t be long. Bummer. Although, if you had missed it today, you can call and they will reschedule you for a later date. Then again, it’s a good thing you did look at it because it will just be nice to get it over with.
