Progress and naming

Ricki’s feetThe Wright-inspired shawl is coming along, though I didn’t get anywhere near as much done on it yesterday as I wanted to. You can start to see where I’m going with it, I think. You should get a bit of a hint from this picture, anyway. Frank Lloyd Wright’s Stained Glass

Doesn’t my little helper have the most adorable feet? I just love kitty feet. And look how furry she is!

I found a book on Amazon yesterday that I’d dearly love to get: Frank Lloyd Wright’s Stained Glass.

Posh Diana shawl naming

Dee over at Posh is hosting a competition to name the shawl I designed for her. Leave a comment on Dee’s blog with your suggestion and the reason behind it. You need to have your suggestions in before the end of the week to qualify. If we pick your shawl name, you’ll win a kit with the finished pattern and enough yarn to knit it.

I really like the Wright influence you’ve got going on. He does have lovely stained glass - I’d really like to be able to visit some of his earlier houses in person. (I’ve been to Falling Waters, but I don’t remember any stained glass there.)
