Forget-Me-Not

These lacey summer socks have almost no purl stitches, and at least half of the stitches on every row are knit, making them easy to knit.

Yarn: Fingering weight sock yarn. Model knit with Crystal Palace Panda Cotton, 2 balls, color 9628, Periwinkle.
Needles: US 0, double pointed needles, set of 5.
Optional: An additional double-pointed needle the same size or smaller.
Gauge: 8 stitches per inch.
Other: Waste yarn. Small crochet hook for making cast-on chain. One stitch marker, optional.
Notes: The picot border could be replaced with a k2, p2 rib.
