Candy Wrappers
My husband thinks the stitch pattern looks like a bunch of candy wrappers. We both thought it would be fun to knit this pattern in a red/green yarn, or a black/orange yarn, to lend it a little extra holiday pizazz.
Yarn: Fingering weight sock yarn. Model knit with Fleece Artist Basic Merino, in Blue Lagoon.
Needles: Size 1 DPNs, set of 5.
Also need: 2 cable needles.
Gauge: 7.5 sts/inch in pattern stitch.
Pattern note: The stitch pattern is worked on the heel.
